Refund & Continuation Policy

Women Kicking Nicotine provides education, coaching, and lifestyle support through live programs, one-on-one coaching, and membership services. Because these offerings include immediate access to digital content, scheduling, and/or reserved coaching time, the following policy applies to all Women Kicking Nicotine services, including:

6-Week Women Kicking Nicotine Programs
One-on-One Coaching
Memberships and Subscriptions

No Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable once enrollment or access is granted through our secure third-party platform, Practice Better. This includes, but is not limited to:

missed or unused sessions
early withdrawal from a program
scheduling conflicts
changes in personal circumstances
dissatisfaction with outcomes or progress

Women Kicking Nicotine does not guarantee specific results, including quitting nicotine. Outcomes depend on individual participation, commitment, and circumstances.

6-Week Program Continuation Option

We recognize that quitting nicotine and rebuilding health is a process, and timing matters.

If you enroll in a 6-Week Women Kicking Nicotine live program and are unable to fully participate in your scheduled cohort, you may request to join up to the next two scheduled live cohorts at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Requests must be submitted in writing before or during your enrolled cohort
Continuation access applies to live cohort participation only
This option is non-transferable and has no cash value

One-on-One Coaching

All one-on-one coaching purchases are non-refundable. Coaching sessions must be used within the agreed service period. Missed sessions or cancellations outside of the stated cancellation window are not eligible for refunds or extensions unless otherwise stated in your coaching agreement.

Memberships & Subscriptions

Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in refunds for prior payments or partial billing periods.

Enrollment Platform

Enrollment, payment, and scheduling are processed through Practice Better. By enrolling in any Women Kicking Nicotine service, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Continuation Policy.
