About
Our Mission
Our goal is to help 1,000 women this year quit their nicotine habit and rebuild their health. Women Kicking Nicotine supports women who want to understand and change their nicotine habits without fear, shame, or pressure. Our approach focuses on separating the habit from the triggers—helping women recognize how nicotine has been used to manage stress, emotions, and daily rhythms. We teach practical breath-based tools to replace what vaping or smoking once provided, while using nutrition and lifestyle support to rebuild and replace what nicotine left behind. This is a whole-woman, educational approach designed for sustainable change and long-term wellbeing.

How We Work Together
Support that goes beyond quitting..
Quitting nicotine is an important first step — but it’s not where the work ends.
Women come here because they want more than willpower-based advice. They want support that understands stress, habits, inflammation, and the long-term impact nicotine can have on the body.
All services are designed to support both quitting and rebuilding — so the changes you make now continue to matter in the future.
